The company is specialized in the construction of moulds for rubber particulars; in recent times we have expanded our turnover with sheet and plastic moulds, and pneumatic and laboratory equipment
Our firm is on the market from more than 60 years and the acquired experience, united to our technologies, it allows us to plan, to build and customize any kind of operation on demand by client.
The headquarter is located in via Cuneo 3 to Vinovo, near Turin, in the industrial zone of Garino; the establishment, of our ownership, extends him on a surface of mq 2’000 of which 600 cover turned to store and mq 100 turned to office. The workers are formed from 7 subjects.
The planning of the moulds it is performed inside, through 4 stations with softwear cad/cam: Mastercam and visicad
The machine park is constituited by machineries of excellent quality and tecnologically advanced:
– the mills and work centers are all managed by cnc Haidenhain and Selca,
– traditional and controlled lathes,
– plunging EDM,
– precision grinding
We are able to also satisfy fully the client under the profile of the maintenance and reparation of the moulds or in the realization of pneumatic equipment for the automation of the same. in fact, we are able to realize all the complementary equipment
